She was born in Giresun in 1977. She completed her primary/secondary/high school educations in Giresun. She graduated from Istanbul University Florence Nightingale School of Nursing between 1995-1999. In 2006, she completed Marmara University Health Sciences Institute Nursing Management Department Master's Program. Since 2018, she has been carrying on her Ph.D. Program in Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Graduate Education Institute, Nursing Management Department. In 1997, She started to work as an Emergency Clinic Nurse at Haseki Training and Research Hospital. She worked as an Intensive Care Unit nurse between 1998 and 2001, as a nurse in charge between 2001 and 2009, as a Training Nurse between 2009 and 2018, and as a Training Unit Supervisor between 2018 and 2021 in the same hospital. She has been working as the Deputy Director at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital since 2021. She is married and has two children.
