He was born in Bitlis / Tatvan in 1982. He completed his primary education in Bitlis and his secondary / high school education in Istanbul. Between 2017-2019, he completed Istanbul University Open and Distance Education Faculty Medical Documentation Department and Secretariat. He completed his education in Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Health Management Department in 2021. He started to work in the personnel affairs unit of Haseki Training and Research Hospital in 2013. He worked at Eyüpsultan State Hospital between 2017-2019 years. Between 2019 -2021 years, he worked as a unit manager in the personnel affairs unit at Yedikule Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Training and Research Hospital. She has been working at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital as Deputy Director since 2021.
